Emotional or physical, it is time for a good Spring cleaning so we can feel the warmth of the sun again, smell the fresh air, and to dance in the green fields again! While cleaning out, I hope you will realize that it is sometimes the smallest of things that matter most to you- and it’s okay to let go of the rest that is weighing you down.

Let us speak through our actions to show our love, determination and respect for those around us; as the age old saying goes, a person will not always remember what you said to them, but they will remember how you made them feel.

Springing ahead let’s, let go the things weighing us down, find the things that mean the most to our hearts and show the people we love how much they mean to us.
